Jonathan, a Nashville native, specializes in land use, redevelopment, and residential new construction.  He desires to improve his hometown through strategic partnerships with the premier developers in the area.  A graduate of both Furman and Samford Universities, he achieved a Masters Degree in Environmental Management with a focus in Sustainability.  As a recovering fly fishing guide, Jonathan spent many days in Colorado streams, learning the intricacies of developing solid client relationships and customer service.  He has learned to nurture relationships with clients and competitors alike, and lives by the idea that “a rising tide raises all ships.”

Director of Operations & Marketing

Emily Scott oversees the strategic and operational functions that drive the success of our team. An Iowa State University alumna with a degree in Advertising, Emily brings extensive experience in sales, marketing, relationship management, and CRM optimization. She leads initiatives that streamline operations, elevate brand presence, and strengthen client engagement. With a sharp eye for detail and a passion for innovation, Emily plays a pivotal role in managing systems, developing marketing strategies, and ensuring seamless execution across all facets of the business.

Shane, originally from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, has spent the past 14 years establishing himself as a leading real estate professional in Nashville’s luxury market. With a background as a red carpet reporter and Emmy-winning television host, including his time on HGTV’s “Designed to Sell,” Shane brings a unique blend of charisma, communication, and negotiation skills to every transaction. He has successfully represented a range of clients, from luxury buyers and sellers to developers of multi-family projects. Known for his quick wit, attention to detail, and ability to put clients at ease, Shane believes that real estate is about relationships above all.

Development Director

Brent Morris, a native Texan and longtime Nashvillian, has deep roots in Music City. A proud alumnus of Lipscomb High School and University, where he earned degrees in Finance and Economics, Brent briefly ventured to Dallas before returning to Nashville in 2008. For the past 17 years, he has been a driving force in the local real estate market, specializing in land acquisition across Greater Nashville. Collaborating with builders, developers, and investors, Brent’s expertise spans lot acquisition, contract negotiations, design and architecture consultation, and development, from single-family homes to multifamily projects. His dedication and strategic vision continue to shape Nashville’s evolving landscape.
